VAT and delivery charges

EU customer: All Pricing is shown exclusive of VAT and delivery. These will be shown when you have proceeded to checkout prior to ordering.
VAT is charged in accordance with current UK legislation.

Rest of world: VAT is not applicable and will not be charged. Delivery charges will shown when you have proceeded to the checkout.

Changing contact details

We provide our customers with an easy way to keep all of their contact details up to date though the 'My Account' section.

You can access 'My Account' at any time by clicking the link found in the top right-hand corner of our website. Once logged in, you can choose to manage your contact details, addresses and communications preferences by navigating to the relevant option.

It is the responsibility of our customers to keep all their details updated on our website. This ensures we send communication to the right address and of course, deliver your goods to the right place.

By creating an account with you will benefit from many additional features available to account holders only.

You will have access to previous orders, credit notes, RMA details, previous searches and stored shopping baskets as well as a host of other useful features. You will also benefit from special offers only available to account holders as well as information on new products, up and coming events and many other exciting developments in the IEI range of products.

Order Delivery

The "earliest shipment date" is the date we anticipate shipping your goods. Amplicon does not make partial shipments unless requested in advance. If you require partial shipment of an order please contact sales support at

Order tracking

All orders are shipped by UPS standard unless otherwise requested in advance. At the time as your goods are despatched from the warehouse you will receive a tracking number via Email for the shipment.

Simply click the link in the mail to track the package or visit the Order tracking section and copy the tracking number into the required fields. This service will give you up to the minute information on your order. When contacting customer services please have this number to hand as well as your order acknowledgment.

Returns and refunds

We operate a Returned Materials Authorisation (RMA) system, for traceability reasons when processing returned goods. If a product requires repair, please fill in our Return form and we will forward an RMA number to you.

Please then return the goods enclosing a repair order detailing the nature of the fault, together with the RMA number provided by us.

If the product is within warranty, there will be no charge for repairs.
